Understanding of the definition of health related fitness

Being a health and fitness professional, it is my job to understand the terms and definitions that are common in this area and to keep pace with evolving trends. Through my experience, I found that a number of terms that deserve a little more clarification that shall not be granted.

In addition to clarify the definition of health related fitness, this article will shed light on some of the associated terms and to show their distinctions.

Is simply all in a name?

The world of fitness seems to use the concept of health fitness related as a principle of fitness-generic interchangeable with the other as "Physical Fitness", "health and fitness" or simply "fitness".

While all of these terms may be included within the broad term physical health and fitness, individually relate to various aspects-both generic and specific.Unfortunately, references to these and related terms are vague fitness often, while consistency in their use is skinny at best; there is a sort of "generally accepted" use for them, but individuals are often based on its interpretation, and this can be confusing.

Consequently, The distinction between these two terms, exists because Health Related Physical Fitness may be measured according to a set of comparative standards established.
