Physical fitness is the human body such as fine-tuning is an engine. Is not a race, is an exercise. In its more general meaning, physical fitness is a general rule of good physical health. Is a foundation for a life long and success.
Physical fitness is usually measured by periodic tests that measure the strength, stamina, agility, coordination and flexibility. physical fitness is the ability of blood vessels, heart, lungs and muscles to function with excellent efficiency.

A generic physical fitness program must address the following essential aspects:
Cardiovascular Fitness: is the ability of circulatory and respiratory systems to provide oxygen to the muscles during physical activity constantly.
Periodic Exercises enable more blood to be pumped with every blow of heart.
Formation of flexibility: Stretching increases range of motion of a municipality. It improves elasticity.
Strength training: Training strengths is the use of muscular contraction resistance, to build the strength and size of skeletal muscle.
Muscular Strength: Strength is the ability to exercise for a long time. In humans, usually is used in exercise of aerobic or anaerobic.
Composition of the body: In fitness, body composition is used to describe the percentages of fat, bones and muscles in human bodies.

Fitness, fitness cardio-respiratory especially most, was directly related to the mortality rate.Fitness can be described as a condition that helps us to look, feel, and we will do our best.
In previous years, fitness was commonly defined as the ability to carry out activities of the day without excessive effort.These days, physical fitness is considered a measure of the ability of the organism to function efficiently and effectively in business and leisure travellers, to be healthy, to resist diseases and emergency situations.
Many sources also cite mental and emotional health as an important part of the overall fitness.This is often presented in textbooks as a triangle consisting of three subsections, which represent the physical, emotional, and mental fitness.
Physical fitness involves the performance of the heart, lungs and muscles. and, because what we do with our bodies also affects what we can do with our minds, fitness influences of some quality graduation as readiness mental and emotional stability.
Normally people prefer walking for fitness activities followed in the order by: swimming, fishing, biking, camping, golf, bowling, exercise equipment, hiking, hunting, aerobics, calisthenics, jogging and tennis court. women prefer Indoor fitness activities and men prefer outdoor sports.
The top level of physical fitness tends to mesh Physiology and psychology.Exercises enhance the functions of the muscular and skeletal systems, improve circulation, increase energy and maximize overall individual levels of fitness. the level of physical fitness may be influenced by the systematic and regular exercise.
As energy depends on proper nutrition, nutrition is important for physical fitness. If the diet is not enough, it will come down to the level of fitness. individuals overweight, underweight and weak will have lower than average levels of fitness.
Exercises
Exercise that raise your heart rate at some level and maintain it for 20 minutes do not contribute significantly to cardiovascular. is better choose exercises involving the body total involvement.
Such exercises improve and maintain fitness more effectively--for example, running, swimming, golf, dancing, cycling and walking.Correct exercises will help you reduce body fat and increase or maintain muscle mass.
By executing many different exercises for a low number of repetitions, the muscles are strengthened, elongated and toned without creating mass.Total concentration on the body during each exercise stresses the quality movement, coordination and breath.
