Bodyweight Training for fitness-More Than You Think?

Fitness is a complex term. That's why when someone asks a universal definition of fitness, usually you get something vague like this, "fitness shall be fit". I don't think I ask someone (even fitness professionals). But once you understand the true nature of fitness, I trust that you'll see why training bodyweight for fitness should be a part of your training program on all.

Then, let's start with my definition of fitness!

Fitness is the acceptable compromise and deliberate competence and ability to perform in all areas of resistance cardiorespiratory endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, accuracy and toughness to produce best results under the most circumstances.

It would be better to read that again to make sure that you get.

As you can see, the fitness is stronger.Is more powerful heart and lungs.Fitness is the ability to use all your physical abilities simultaneously and without problems to overcome physical challenges.And body weight training is an excellent method for fitness training on all!

Normally, people looking for fitness focus on just one or two physical skills needed to qualify. Alternatively, they base their training on the result of fit, how to burn fat or muscle building, muscle having see or be lean doesn't necessarily mean you are fit! However, being fit typically manifests itself as a strong body, muscular, skinny.

There are three types of challenges you'll face in sport, work and life.

1) challenge requires that you move your body to complete the operation

2) challenge requires that you move an object external to finish

3) challenge you must move your body and an external object to complete the operation

And to make things more complicated, the challenge can take any of fitness and physical abilities in any combination.As you can see, being able to move your body requires for two types of challenges and therefore should be trained accordingly.Training body weight are important.

Think of it that way, there are so many capacity to train to be eligible, you need a versatile tool capable of training to all of them and not there is no better tool than their body. Training bodyweight can effectively target all physical abilities needed to qualify.

Compare training bodyweight training weight. Training bodyweight is a much more accessible and more versatile training. don't get me wrong, I like training higher weight and looks for certain types of training. I just training bodyweight has more to offer in terms of improvement of all physical abilities of fitness.

So, if you want to really be eligible, you need to improve all physical fitness training bodyweight for fitness should be a part of the programme of physical training of all. because when you are really fit, you'll not only the challenges of sport, work and life with excellence, you'll look great too!
